2. To make your effort more efficient, identify those items with low competition in the Auction House first, and only target those objects.

3. Do you know which items are easy to get and easy to sell? Just to give you an idea – the deviate fish in the Barrens can sell for about 15 gold per stack, and they are not that hard to fish. You should have no problem netting 2 stacks of them in just 30 minutes.

4. If you keep frequenting the Auction House, you will have a very good feel of the prices of different items. Don’t get panic when the price of a particular items drops, as fluctuation happens just like the real world. Just hold the item for a few more days, and you may find its price picks up again.

5. Keep yourself updated on the average selling price of different items at the Auction House by visiting sites like Thott or Wowhead. That way, you will never under-price your item an may even be able to spot opportunities for arbitraging.
